Buying Used Toyota Crestas And Caldina Wagons

Finding a used Toyota Cresta for sale or even a used Caldina Wagon Japan for sale is not an easy feat in the United States.  These vehicles are available, however, from Japan using a licensed and legitimate Japanese vehicle exporter.  Both of these vehicles are popular lines all over the world, and if you purchase one from Japan and have it brought in to the United States you could be saving yourself a few thousand dollars in cost as well as saving money on the taxes incurred.

The Toyota Cresta rolled off the assembly in 1980 and the original version was a rear wheel drive car that featured a hardtop and four doors for easy entry.  It was based on the Cressida and Mark II chassis and was originally supposed to be a more luxury version of the Cressida and Mark II whose chassis it shared.  Equipped with more options than the other two cars, the interior came with additional options and a two-tone paint job.  The Cresta for sale went through five generations of design including a deluxe sports package before it was taken out of Toyota’s vehicle line.

The Caldina Wagon Japan was introduced by the company in 1992 and was produced until 1997.  It was originally designed for the Japanese car market as a replacement for the Carina Surf, and it was eventually exported to South America and the eastern part of Russia complete with a left hand drive option.  With four wheel drive capability, the Caldina Wagon Japan is considered a very rugged vehicle.  The second generation of the Caldina Wagon Japan shared its platform with the Toyota Allion and Premio, and in 2000 it was given a full redesign with an improved interior, lamps, and bumpers.  The last version of the car produced was the manufacturer’s sport car after Toyota discontinued the Celica, and the Caldina Wagon Japan was summarily discontinued in 2007.

Both vehicles are available through a Japanese exporter and they are two top of the line models by Toyota.  Those customers who want a Caldina Wagon Japan or Cresta for sale should look into having one brought into the country through an official exporter.  By using this type of service, you have a better chance of finding the Cresta or Caldina Wagon that has all of the options you want in the color of your choice and with low to medium original mileage, making them a great find.
